Tear Catcher™ Gifts is dedicated to making thoughtful and symbolic gifts of emotion available to the public. We are a California-based company and are honored to serve customers throughout the U.S. and several countries abroad. Since 2001, we have been pleased to provide our customers with unique gift products and specialized services. This year, 2016, we are excited to offer some new gift ideas, including the Heart Fingerprint Charms and Family Ties Collection, with more to come.
To provide the industry's best online security, we have partnered with BigCommerce Stores and Verisign to provide a safe, secure online shopping experience. Your personal information is encrypted using secure RSA technology when sent over the Internet. Once we receive your information, we keep it secure at all times. Your CVV code, which confirms your credit card is NEVER stored on our systems. Your credit card number is automatically erased after 30 days. You can order with confidence from Tear Catcher Gifts.

Our Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days for Tear Bottle Orders. Please send returns to the shipping address included with your order. Please be sure to pack your item carefully, in the original packing if possible. Gifts may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser only. Refunds will be made for the purchased amount of the product only. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.
Due to the custom hand-made nature of the Thumbies, orders for print jewelry cannot be refunded.
Shipping
We ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Tear Bottle orders, and UPS for Thumbie Jewelry. Priority Mail orders are shipped to most US addresses in 2-4 days. Global delivery is also available, but may take longer. If you place an international order and the address doesn't fit into the form, please include the mailing address in the comments field and we will provide you a shipping quote. International FedEx charges are VERY high, $60 plus. If you need it that quickly, please ask us to confirm shipping costs before sending your order.
Security
To enhance security when using credit cards on the Internet, we prefer to ship packages to the billing address of your credit card. We will ship to a different address (for gift delivery) as long as the credit card company can confirm your billing address. We also require that you sign for your package when it is delivered. These extra steps help us ensure that your credit and identity are protected on the Internet. We may delay your order if anything about it seems suspicious.
Buyer Protection Program
Tear Catcher Gifts is pleased to protect all of your purchases from fraud with the BigCommerce Stores Buyer Protection program. Every purchase on our website receives this service free of charge. Lloyd's of London insures purchases of up to $750 in the event that you are charged for an item that is not received or you receive an item that is materially different than what is described. Claims must be filed with cynoSure Financial, our claims administrator, within 60 days of the purchase.
Changing your order
You can change or cancel your order if we have not yet shipped your order. If you ordered online, send an email to tearcatchergiftsonline@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order number. Please provide complete details on the item that you would like to change or cancel.
International Sales
At this time we support online sales in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. If you are located in any other country and would like to purchase our products, please contact us at tearcatchergiftsonline@gmail.com. We will be happy to discuss your order. We cannot calculate shipping estimates for shipments outside of the USA online, but we can provide an estimate by email if you send us the address.
